"Staff was very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, the elevator broke the first night we were there so being on the third floor that made it diffucult for my husband and I because we are elderly and had 2 energetic grandchildren with us. The staff looked into it right away but the elevator was out of commission for the remainder of our stay. The breakfast was good. Good selection. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was a also very convenient location."

"This place is so charming! We really enjoyed our time here. The country is so quiet, it was the get-away we needed. The church is so spacious and oh so beautiful and our hosts were so hospitable. Quick access to the amenities of Downtown Cedar Falls with all the perks of a quiet country retreat. Hoping to book more stays here in the near future."

"We stayed in the handicap accessible room, as we wanted a king bed and that was all that was available. The room must not be used much because it smelled musty and the sheer curtains were torn alot! Also, the shower did not drain well and water was everywhere. However, the shower had hot water and the water had a lot of pressure, and breakfast was very good!"
