Come stay in this beautifully designed private apartment in a newly renovated historical building in Cedar Key. Eliza is gorgeous and fully equipped with all the modern amenities, like fast internet of 6000Mbps. Within walking distance you will find local shops, art galleries, and restaurants. The primary bedroom contains a king sized bed with luxury Leesa hybrid mattress. There is an adjacent full bathroom with a custom tiled walk in shower. The second bedroom contains a queen sized cabinet bed with premium mattress. The second bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom with a small, but beautiful walk in shower. There is a fully stocked kitchen with a dining table for two. Private boat trailer parking one block away!

This property has been re-modeled and is absolutely Beautiful! Located in the center of everything. Walking distance to the water and all the restaurants. Everything you need from coffee to spices is available In the rental. The most comfortable beds I have ever slept on!

Eliza was super clean and very welcoming. The apartment was conveniently located and in walking distance to shops and restaurants. The owners responded quickly to the few questions I had about the property. I would highly recommend renting the property.

What a great find, highly recommend
Everything about this property was top notch. Extremely well-appointed and spotlessly clean, stay here while it still smells new! There are a lot of places to choose from but this can't be beat for the walkability to any of the commercial areas. If you want old Cedar Key style - little rough around the edges, partying it up with the buds until 3 a.m. - this probably isn't the right place for you. It's a little sleepy, which is just perfect for what we needed. The entire experience could not have been better.

Cedar Key Respite
My wife needed a bit of a break from work, so I was searching places to go in Florida that we hadn't seen. I stumbled upon Cedar Key and booked this property. What a great experience. They answered every question quickly, gave a boatload of local things to do and tended to whatever we needed. The apartment was neat and clean, comfortable, central to just about everything on the key, and quiet. When they found out we would not get there until after dark, they called to ask us if we wanted the lights turned for our arrival. (Which they did.) As with everything in life, it is the little things that matter. Their focus on those little details helped make the weekend exceptional. Mendy and those at Pelican Realty earned a huge thank you from us.
