It is a bit smaller than the picture portrayed, but it was set up to utilize the space to its maximum potential. There were a few things that weren’t working- the internet was very spotty, the tv’s had glitches across the screen or had remotes that did not work (though with the internet not working, none of the available programs would have worked anyway) , and the living room fan didn’t turn on. The location was very convenient, making everything within walking distance. Extremely well-appointed and spotlessly clean, stay here while it still smells new! There are a lot of places to choose from but this can't be beat for the walkability to any of the commercial areas. If you want old Cedar Key style - little rough around the edges, partying it up with the buds until 3 a.m. - this probably isn't the right place for you. It's a little sleepy, which is just perfect for what we needed. I stumbled upon Cedar Key and booked this property. What a great experience. They answered every question quickly, gave a boatload of local things to do and tended to whatever we needed. The apartment was neat and clean, comfortable, central to just about everything on the key, and quiet. When they found out we would not get there until after dark, they called to ask us if we wanted the lights turned for our arrival. (Which they did.) As with everything in life, it is the little things that matter. Their focus on those little details helped make the weekend exceptional.
