Great family hangout spot
Visited my brother and his family (newborn babe 😍) and had a family weekend hanging out watching sports Etc. Great quiet location but easy to head in to Cedar Rapids or to north liberty. Plenty of room to spread out and for kids to play. Comfortable sleeping arrangements also! We’ll be looking to return when we visit again!

I loved this place and my family really enjoyed our stay! The only down side was the big dining table was in a 3 Seasons room and we didn't know that based on the pictures of the description. Even though we couldn't all sit at the table together or play games at the table, we still loved all of the room and the extra activities at this house! We would love to come back when the weather is nicer so we can enjoy everything this house has to offer.

Beautiful Home
This house is a wonderful place to stay. The house is as pictured and is very comfortable with multiple living spaces. We had two teenagers who enjoyed the down stairs space. We came to town for an Iowa Hawkeye football game and the house was close to the interstate for easy access but not close enough that you heard any road noise. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe on my Sunday morning run. We enjoyed the pool table and theatre room but the house has other fun features like the hot tub and selfie room that we didn't have time to enjoy. I highly recommend this beautiful home if you are in the area!

Our families stayed at this property and thoroughly enjoyed it. Very comfortable, something to do for everyone! Even the teenagers had fun :) The location was great for us, and the extra-large spaces enabled us to dine, converse, and play board games together.
