We had a bad experience and I wish they had tried to make things right but the hotel ran out of hot water so our second night we didn’t have any and couldn’t take showers .we waited the next day but it never got fixed and it was how they handled it that was terrible.we were charged the full amount with a promise that the manager would contact us to give us some kind of break on our bill.this is an expensive hotel and I waited over a month but never heard anything from them even though I sent emails to their email account.very disappointed in how things were handled and would still appreciate hearing something and addressing this problem.we live in California so when she offered a free night in the future we said we won’t be back to Canada again but if she was willing to give us a free night why could she take a night and day without hot water off our bill or even contact us.very disappointed and still waiting to hear something as it was June 24,25 that we were there and it’s now the end of July

Nice place, I wish I had my family with me.

It was a horrible experience. Contact with the hotel was non existent. We booked then had to rebook a new hotel because we didn’t receive check in instructions as it was self check in and there was nobody at the actual property. Then they refused to refund me after the fact. Do not book this hotel.

Seamless check in at this spacious property in a hip section of Montreal. It was like being in French speaking Brooklyn.
