“Amazing home and the host was very welcoming and kind!”

“Pedro was great and the property is beautiful. The only thing we wish we would have known about was that it was on septic so they don’t want you flushing toilet paper. That was awkward. I also wish the shower was more enclosed as water gets all over and I did slip once with it being quite wet. Regardless of these couple of items, we definitely felt safe and comfortable. The pool and waterfall is beautiful and the views are breathtaking!”

“We had a AMAZING time at Caguas Santa Juana 1. The host not only were ultra welcoming, they were very professional, and super quick to respond. I have to say, Modesta by far has been the best host I have ever had in my life. Always eager to help and make our stay our home away from home. Location was central for everything we wanted to do. Easy to get in and easy to get out. Plenty to do nearby and if you wanted to do things farther, it was easy thanks to the access to highway. Amenities were……

“Was in our room sleeping and at 3:15 in the morning another guest walked into our room. They were given the same exact PIN number to our room. We both were given the same pin to the room. It was a scary situation coming out of our sleep at 3:15 am. After the situation was taken care of we was frightened to go back to sleep.”

“The room was exactly how it’s described. The location was great. In walking distance to food, small markets and gift shop. We stayed for one night before our cruise. Cruise port was less than 10 minutes away. Would stay again.”

“We arrived very late at night and it didn’t feel like a safe area. The security guard was very helpful and friendly. When we got to the lobby, we were disappointed at how dirty and unkept it was. The condo is outdated. The dining table was full of small insects, the counter was dirty. The dryer was missing the handle and the door was filthy. The refrigerator door was dirty. There were covers on the sofas that were also dirty. Unfortunately, I stayed my first night because we arrived late……

“For my first time staying here all I can say is amazing things there was a sweet lady working at the front. She was beautiful tan absolutely amazing service very clean and I felt very secure. I will say very cold inside but personally for me that was a plus I loved my stay and I will definitely be booking again. Thank you so much for making my stay welcoming warm and giving me a beautiful Puerto Rico experience”
