“We found with this property exactly what we were looking for: a gated community for safety, with a pool for the kids and on the beach. The apt is simple yet comfy and nicely decorated and came equipped with everything we needed plus more. Coffee, filtered water pitcher, kitchen utensils and a closet full of beach essentials such as towels, chairs, floating toys, even a wagon. “The home was in a perfect location and offered all the comforts of home. The apartment was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and the view was beautiful. The master bedroom shower was incredible, and having a washer and dryer was a huge plus during our stay. “We love Luquillo and enjoyed our stay here. The apartment had everything we needed. We appreciated the air conditioning so we could close our windows to block out the sound of neighbors partying late into the night. “The view from this condo was absolutely beautiful and was the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, almost everything else fell short of expectations. The unit had a noticeable roach problem, which was both unpleasant and concerning. The biggest frustration was the checkout process. Guests are expected to clean up before checkout, including washing dishes and taking out the garbage. The only dumpster was located at the East Tower while we were staying in the West Tower, requiring extra time……
