“Appliances such as the washer, dryer, and iron were not working. Since we were out during the day and only available at night, it was difficult for us to coordinate with workers to get them fixed.”

The resort amenities was perfect for my kids, they loved the lazy river. The host was super helpful with a small issue I had and responded quickly to my questions. “I’m We were really looking forward to our stay, but unfortunately this property was not what we expected. After arriving, we dropped off our bags and headed to the park for a few hours. When we returned later that evening and started getting settled in, we noticed that the sheets on the bed were stained. At that point, it was late, and the idea of sleeping on them or trying to deal with laundry after a long day just wasn’t reasonable.What made the situation worse was that the overall condition……
