“I was looking for a place to escape for a few days while getting my bathroom redone and the property checked all of the boxes. My wife was able to get some work done, my dog had more than enough space, and the location is minutes from the amusement parks and tons of restaurants.The property is gated, clean, and has multiple bedrooms and bathrooms for the larger families that need it. “Communication was excellent. We were disappointed with the lack of basic items ie: hand soap, toilet paper, paper towel. Since we stayed for four nights I had to buy these items. The frying pans were very warn, very hard to use. We had to wash all of the towels in the house because they smelled like mildew (they probably weren’t dried completely before putting up). “We have stayed in quite a few rental properties in the Orlando/Disney area and this was by far the best one. The house was exactly as pictured and described. We seemed to have checked in on the same day others had checked out, so there were a couple of items that needed to be sorted/addressed from the previous tenant. However the handyman Luca was great, and Patricia was extremely quick with responses and handling the issues. We had a dryer that wouldn't heat right, and Luca sorted that, as well...
