"I recently stayed at the Beachcomber Hotel and Resort in Toukley, and it was an experience I won’t forget anytime soon. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, thanks in large part to the wonderful staff—especially the staff at the front desk. Their friendliness, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm made check-in smooth and set the tone for the rest of my stay. The food was another highlight. Breakfast each morning was fresh, generous, and a perfect way to start the day. Lunches and dinners were equally impressive, with a great variety of delicious options that made it hard to choose what to try next. The rooms were absolutely beautiful—spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. Waking up to a stunning view each day was the cherry on top, making it easy to relax and unwind. The pool area was another standout feature. It was clean, well-maintained, and the perfect place to relax, whether you wanted a refreshing swim or just to lounge by the water and soak up the atmosphere. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations. "We stayed in a beautiful suite, the view of the beach was magnificent! the furniture is dated, though clean, they didn't have a free standing shower, so you had to get into the spa to have a shower, and that wasn't easy especially where there is no step to get in, so a bit hard for us. My advise to the cleaners is to check if the soap dispensers are empty as it's the 3rd time I have stayed there and had to ask for shampoo or hair conditioner. Also there wasn't a bottle opener in the room."

"I found check in hard. I called the day before to discuss check in late at night and I was told to just ring back on the night when I was there. If they had checked the booking and advised that I would need to do email verifications etc as I had not paid, I would have paid right away when talking on the phone the day before. It just was a stressful event that I was travelling for and which I did warn them in notes but otherwise it was perfect and no complaints."
