"Excellent place to stay at if you would like to stay in the heart of the historical district. The building has a fabulous modern architectural and interior design with an admirable preservation of the underground heritage which can be seen when walked over along the transparent glass flooring. Staff are friendly and the location is well accessible. Rooms are spacious and there are many food and entertainment options in walking distance. The only downside which comes with the location is the noise from the surrounding public /tourist attraction spaces and the open space plazas where events can frequently happen."

"Beautiful location downtown with cool architecture and friendly staff. Loved this hotel but the housekeeping was not great. All my linens were stained (sheets+towels), and the one time my room was cleaned they left what were dry towels in the wet sink they had just cleaned. I think some new linens and spot checks on process would go a long way in the future"

"Marketed as 5-star luxury but it is not. Decor is very tired, many scuffs and blemishes in the room. Bedding just ok. Construction made it confusing and difficult to get to the hotel."

"Had a wonderful time at Uliv Mexico City. I was a little hesitant reading the reviews of other people but im so glad I chose this place. Centrally located in the Roma Norte area of Mexico city this was the perfect home base location for me For my week long adventure around town. Some amazing taco stands just around the corner from your location, you have 3 oxxos a blocks away for any needs you may need. Easy check in, no problems at all, lobby had someone in it 24/7 and I left and came alot and never once did I see it empty. The room was clean and really enjoyed the floor to ceiling glass windows really enjoyed the view and the light that flooded the room everyday. Skip the other bad reviews take a chance on this place definitely was worth booking here."
