"The WiFi was out. There was a screen that said it needed to be paid. I kept getting told they’d try and figure it out and get back to me. Never got figured out. They had a Roku tv so that couldn’t be used at all. Couldn’t use our laptops or anything while there. "

"Communication upon booking and before arrival was timely and helpful. During the stay I requested sheets for the trundle bed twice and never recived them! Each time I received an email saying the problem would be taken card of, but it never was. There also wasn't a coffee maker in the house which was a ptobldm for my 2 friends who were staying with me.The location was great with easy access to downtown and major points of interest."

"The apartment was clean and comfortable. Beds were great! The location could not be beat for visiting museums, restaurants, sports venues and going downtown. We didn’t use the kitchen for anything but coffee, but it seemed well equipped. Thank you for a lovely stay! "
