the office person I checked in with was very nice and helpful. The room was clean for the most part. there was some hair in the sink and on the counter, and when I went to use a glass there was hair on the plastic wrap. the shower had some hair in it as well.
Recommend booking room directly to the hotel as opposed through Expedia...higher price and no discount through AAA and\or AARP.
Overall the hotel was good. Breakfast didn't have a lot options and the as was ridiculously loud. The location is out of the city quite a bit. The neighborhood was very safe. Plenty of food options and shopping close. Bonus White Castle less than 1 minute walk.
Made paid reservations for a cancer patient coming from out of town, 2 guest decided to stay longer, even though reservations were made and paid for in advance for certain room type... manager Adam, just left, with substituting a queen bed room for 2 full size bed room, got the room the next day, ...
I have stayed at many other Comfort Inns and similar hotels over the years. What made this one exceptional was the teamwork, professionalism, and helpfulness of the staff. Excellent Job!
I stayed only one night in Detroit but I had a great stay at the Westin Book Cadillac Detroit. The hotel was very nice with well appointed and very comfortable rooms. The staff were friendly and overall I had a nice stay. Importantly, they have comfortable beds.
This is out third time staying here. Always a great staff. Very friendly and helpful. Whether it's the maintenance man, the cleaning staff, breakfast staff or the front desk staff. Everyone greets you when you pass by. Answer any questions you may have or help you out in any way. Everything is kept ...
The King room was beautifully detailed and very roomy. Hotel location is convenient. Lobby was under renovation but all services were available.
Everything was very good, it was just a little disappointing to only find out when we checked in that the hotel was under renovations. I would have appreciated knowing this before we booked.
It was a nice , clean room and nice staff. Breakfast is better than continental with lots of choice. Only complaint is the bathroom is quite small. Toilet quite close to the bath tub for taller people. Everything else was great :)
Not bad...slightly overpriced for what you are getting.
We had a king size and a sofa bed in our suite. The bed was nice, a little softer than I prefer but many people like it that way. Still rather comfy. The sofa bed wasn't quite so much, so I would recommend that children use it and perhaps not an older adult with any musculature issues. Nice size ...
We like to stay here during the Woodward Dream Cruise weekend. Our group enjoyed the location, staff, quiet and great hot breakfast in the morning. The gentleman overseeing the breakfast takes great pride is making sure everyone is satisfied.
