"Overall nice. The kids had fun. Lots of things to do on/around hotel. My only 2 complaints are that the lights in our room were wired funny and the closet and kitchen were tied together somehow so if I wanted to turn on the closet light I had to first turn in the kitchen light and keep it on…. "It’s a beautiful property with some really great amenities but it lacks a gift shop (so no emergency items and that required a trip off property). They said it closed because of the pandemic. Hopefully that will return soon. Staff was helpful. Breakfast buffet was overpriced. Pool area is excellent ..."
"Please install a service elevator for the crew. There were a lot of customers needing elevators and having to share with the cleaning staff was quite other hassle and many customers stated they wouldn’t return because of the elevator wait times."

"This is the first hotel I have stayed at in the last 10 years that was issue-free. All of the rooms we stayed in were super clean, nothing was run down, and everything was beautiful. We got stranded in Palm Springs and had multiple hospital visits, and the staff was super caring and ensured we had ..."
"Haven’t been to Caesar’s since 2019 (pre-COVID). This visit was for a girl trip with my daughter. Her first visit to Caesar’s (my 5th). Pool area is still great! Rubber non slip flooring to prevent slipping. I purchased a day pass for loungers by the Neptune pool. Love how the Neptune pool requires a bracelet. It was quiet and relaxing. Next time I’ll get the canopy, so I can relax in the shade by the pool ALL day. I stayed in Julius tower this time, it was clean and quiet. Recommend Julius, Augustus, Octavius towers. Lunch and dinner options are great. Forum shops great too! Only complaint: not many breakfast options, other than Starbucks or other similar venue. We went elsewhere for a restaurant option. Gordon Ramsay’s pub was great as always.
Tips: to save $ purchase bottled water at a convenience store and keep in room; purchase alcohol there as well as cocktails are $25. Food court has cheaper options as well. "
"We had a great time at Treasure Island. The room and property were very clean and the beds were so comfortable. Access to several restaurants and CVS was great for when we didn’t want to walk anywhere. The location is perfect-walkways and trams made it easy to get around. "
