“Everything was welcoming from check in to check out. Room was clean and spacious. Property is beautiful if you just wanted to veg outdoors. It’s fairly close to Manchester and apple picking is right down the road. If I were to be in the area again, I would definitely stay here again.”

“Huge thank you; the staff was so helpful with information and guidance on where to eat and how to navigate the town. Just a few items worth mentioning: it's a basic room, no fancy fixtures. The lamp between the two queen-size beds didn't work, which wasn't a problem because of the overhead light. Some items need updating. But overall, our goal was just a place to sleep, and it was comfortable; the sheets were soft, and we had a good night's sleep- nice and quiet! Would recommend and would……

“I was turned away and they said they would cancel my reservation due to them not wanting to turn the heat on. If it is not reversed I’ll report them to the police, the local better business bureau and other consumer and law enforcement agencies. I’m former military and college professor of emergency management and homeland security, I’m not putting up with this negligence.”
