Nice place. Kids had a good time. Not encouraged to go there if you are a minority. You wont feel welcomed. The staff is great, but the type of people that go there arent really folks that likely share the same interests as you do. There are Confederate flags all over; etc. Hotel rooms are no bueno, old. IF you want something nice, you need to spend the money glamping or have your own trailer.

Amazing establishment! The staff were so friendly and helpful. The property was beautiful and close to everything we needed. The transportation to and from Universal theme parks was golden. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Don't miss dining at the Chocolate Emporium. Ask to be seated in front of large window on second floor around 6pm. DO NOT MISS the dessert shakes!

Chocolate Emporium and Hard Rock Cafe are must-see--make sure you get a reservation for the Emporium because it is usually packed. Margaritaville is a service nightmare with confused hostesses.
