At first glance the property looks nice. The lobby for the hotel was clean a put together nicely however when we got to our hotel room at 2 am we found the door slightly ajar. After investigation it was because the door needed to pulled really hard in order to latch. We had 2 children with us so this did not make us feel at ease. I would think this issue would be addressed and fixed but it doesn’t seem to be a big deal. The balcony door was also lifted unlocked.
The room seemed fairly clean however as you look more closely things weren’t great. The corners of the floor in the bathroom were covered in layers of dust/ dirt. Some of the ceiling fixtures were coming down. The elevators were never cleaned and the floors were covered in people food crumbs.
The topper for us was on our second night the room joining ours was very loud. Kids running around and screaming until 3 am.
Overall with all the options in Orlando I would say skip this one and pick a different hotel.
