“The room was never cleaned during our stay. There was no conditioner and when we told the front desk all they did was put a new bottle inside the door. Ice machine did not work and when we said something we were told it was just cleaned and will take a while. We stayed 3 nights and it never worked. We were given bottled water when asking for the water machine. Breakfast bar had good choices. The overall appearance of the hotel was worn down. Certainly did not look like the pictures on the……

“This was a great overnight stop in Santa Fe. Very clean, comfortable beds and great breakfast. I discovered that I had accidentally left my prescription glasses on the bed a few hours after we had left making it very difficult to return and the front desk was able to locate them and mail them back to me. I’m so thankful for that!”

“Room was very nice with a comfortable sitting area. Only issue was that soap dispenser in shower was empty upon arrival.”

“Raving about this boutique southwest inn- The staff is super friendly, rooms are comfortable and stylish, the grounds were also spotless of trash. Can't forget about the stunning mid-mod swimming pool, so gorgeous. The restaurant was delicious, a little pricey, but worth it. I'm so glad we found it for our getaway from the city. We will be back :)”
