"I live in the town of Cervia and needed a place to put my bosses for a work trip in the area. This place was perfect. The decor and vibe was very cool with a completely renovated old home. There is a gym, sauna and meeting room which is amazing considering the limited space.
Federica is a great host and her breakfast is a lovely experience. "

"Fuori dagli schemi.
Piacevole. Hotel originale diverso da qualsiasi hotel di catene famose, o dalla pensione tutto compreso in riva al mare. Consiglio di fare una passeggiata intorno"

"Loved the quality of the venue. It was near shops and cafes. Beach clubs close by.
I stayed for a week to attend a conference.
Beautiful atmosphere. Everyone was helpful.
Loved the breakfasts and how I was treated like a family friend not a guest.
Definitely a great place to stay"

"Honestly the entire staff was not the best from the restaurant to the front desk. They have a problem explaining things to foreign people. Btw I speak 2 languages and it was difficult for them to speak to me or understand me."

"Great hotel! The location was right on the sea. Room was plenty spacious for short stay. Breakfast was included and was very lovely. Many good choices. Was able to walk to a casual restaurant for dinner too. We were there at the VERY end of season. I did not realize that all hotels shutter for the winter. Belletini was one of a very few still open. The staff was friendly and helpful even though season was ending for them on Sunday. Would recommend! And would love to see during the season’ "
"We were staying there at the end of September and the place shuts down for the off-season on October 15. Unsurprisingly, Le Palme didn’t put forth its best effort. The fitness center had broken machines and the staff was rarely where you needed them. The place is very dated and has noisy ACs, toilets, etc. "
"Bit specific, but a great hotel if your going for the Ironman. It's a bit far from the start but they have free bike hire for 3 hours so you can get around to the expo, transition etc and on the day I cycled to the start and then my wife took the bike back. They allow bikes in the rooms and had breakfast open from 5am in the morning. Generally, the staff were all very attentive and breakfast was great, if a little busy at times. Our room was large enough for all the gear. Plenty around to keep you interested. Wife hired bikes for the day and went to Ravenna, we went to see the flamingos. Nice homely italian restaurants especially if you're into seafood. Everything is shut between 3 and 7 so make sure you're not struggling for hunger at these times. Nice shopping, got some much needed shades for the ride while out there. Nice pool for hydrotherapy afterwards. Gets the sun most of the day. Didn't try the spa. They made food for me after the ironman pretty much at the cutoff of their serving time which was a nice touch. Organised a taxi to the station with the bike bag etc.
All in all great experience, from the hotel, the beautiful town and the Ironman festival

"Swimming pool access for older persons needs to be improved.
Proper hand railing and steps into the pool need to be installed
Overall property is superb!!"
"Villa Regina is very tired, poorly maintained room; black mould in shower, cracked shower tray, sloppy paint job, dirty rug, cupboards that stank of damp and old and made all my clothes stink and little to no soundproofing. It’s a 4 star that would struggle to get a 3 star rating in any other country. Staff on reception were so aloof, least friendly we’d come across. Property has no pool service, all courts are dirty, just not up to its 4/5 star billing. I’m sure the new annex is better but I would not pay €900 a night to stay in this hotel. It doesn’t deserve 5 stars. "
