“The room was not clean. There were some sort of metal shavings on the ground. The door handle was broken. Furniture unclean. Wifi did not work a bit. No cleaners came in between the days to change towels, toilet paper, etc.
The staff was friendly for the most part but the infrastructure is terrible”

“In terms of pricing sure book it since it is so cheap. However keep in mind that you pay for what you get. Most staff was very in welcoming. When arrived they gave no information about the property at all.
Keep in mind that the property is very far from the main road so you can walk but it is very time consuming and tiring. The shuttle is a great perk for this but it is unreliable”

“Staff was very friendly. The hotel is gated and always had someone available to open/close it. Check in and check out was a breeze. The hotel is within walking distance of a coffee shop, some local restaurants, the Savannah, gardens, zoo. There was no continental breakfast, no bar even though one was there. We didn't use the pool. Property could use some upgrades and renovation.”
