“My experience was really awful. My toilet wasn't working the entire time (3nights) even if I informed the front desk. I didn't sleep for 2 nights as there was a party that was going on until +9:30am Staff also wasn't too friendly as I asked to advise the people to turn down their music on the 3rd night she had an attitude and still went but I wouldn't recommend the place. Breakfast also not good at all and very small portions. I contacted the manager to get compensated and they brushed off……

“I really enjoyed my stay at Shalom house. I felt safe, the staff were super helpful and friendly. They assisted with organizing a taxi from the airport and also provided breakfast daily which made things so much easier. The area is quiet and secure so I was truly at ease during my stay. The area is a comfortable distance from the airport and other amenities like two shopping malls. Would definitely stay again.”

“I booked with Brix, somehow the date stated a day before my stay( a mistake that wasn’t made by me) when I got there I only realized the error. The guy at the front desk went for the manager. A woman of African descent came over. She came with attitude and was very rude, telling me the date was for the day before and I cannot stay which means also I can’t get a refund.
