Chamard Vineyards

I need the response since the message sensed for a week. I stayed at your hotel and checked in on July 29. At check-in, a $200 security deposit was authorized on my credit card. I would like to ask when this authorization will be released or refunded. As of today, after a week, I have not yet seen the refund or release reflected in my credit card transaction history. Could you please check the status for me? And please do feedback the process. Thank you.

The room was spacious and clean. Close to new haven union station, yale university and downtown. We enjoyed the pool, gym and the rooftop. Check in and check out process were very smooth. Sarah was very responsive to our questions. Would def stay here again.

The parking situation is very unclear. There is a small sign far from the lot that warns of towing but nothing in the area where you park. No significant warnings in communications with host.
