Parking was easy, and the staff was quick to provide support when we accidentally locked ourselves out. It was a perfect stay and we’ll definitely return when back in the area”

“Nice place to stay in Moncton, walkable to dining, which is nice when you’re on a roadtrip. Only issue we had was some lights not working so we rearranged the little kitchen table. I would note to the owners that it’s nice the instructions are online; however when the internet goes off ( not sure why it happened but it did) there should be a binder with info as a backup.”

“The hotel is in dire need of renovations. Although the staff is amazing, the hotel is being renovated, which complicates things when trying to go into the parking lot. The family room is large but the furniture banged up and carpets dirty and smelly. The air conditioning is incredibly loud. When we opened the sofa bed, we found lots of trash inside of it. We were on the third floor and some rooms are being worked on. Which means loud voices shouting in the hallway at 7am and banging on the walls……

“The street noise 24 hours a day was just unacceptably loud. Spent two nights of restless sleep being woken every hour or two.”

“Bed and pillows were comfortable, as was temperature. No elevator or ramp for luggage so we had to bump our luggage up and down the stairs, but area was quiet, staff was friendly and room was clean. There is a breakfast but we missed it because we slept late.”
