“A mi opinión para ser una cadena tan importante en estados unidos, la atención al público es pésima. Se pidió en 2 ocasiones que se hiciera la limpieza a la habitación, sin embargo, cuando regresamos solamente habían tendido 1 cama, ña basura estaba igual, a medias el disque servicio a la habitación. Se le hizo saber al de recepción y dijo que se reembolsaria por ella falta de limpieza, se solicitó hablar con la manager, la cual tuvo una muy mala atención, incluso propuso que nos podíamos ir……

“The room facilities were quite outdated. The fabric sofa was badly worn and even torn. The air-conditioning control panel on the wall did not work at all. In addition, the sink was clogged, and the bathtub faucet kept dripping continuously. Overall, the room was not well maintained and did not meet expectations.”
