“The room was very nice, check in, and checking out was a breeze. The A/C was great. The only issues were the ice machine on my floor did not work. The frig in my room froze everything. also, there was an issue with the TV, but was fixed. one thing I noticed was that there are very few plugs in places to work. With all that being said I will still use this chain and recommend Hyatt to my friends. I look forward to my next trip and staying at a Hyatt wherever that may be. Jeff Chandler”
