"Good; -Room was small but enough for my needs. Would not book this room if occupying for longer periods at a time -clean -Shower water pressure was good -Bed was comfortable -Decent amount of plug outlets -Large closet -AC powerful -Fridge was good size and very cold -good customer service during check in and out -shops nearby Contructive Feedback; -Bath towels were much smaller than the average that other hotels have -3 pillows only which was odd, with no extras even stashed in the closet -Tv was placed too high on top of wardrope, and no channel guide on the universal remote -Nook next to window could have been lined with padding/cushion, for comfort to use as extra seating -A sheer curtain along with the room darkening curtains should almost be a must, if you want to be able to have daylight. Room was on the bottom floor and window was steps away from people walking by (multiple times, since that was the walking route towards anyone checking in or out) -first time encountering a charge to use the safe (only a few dollars with tax, but if you advise that you didn't use it the charge is removed) -coffee/tea options could have been better -no microwave Can't comment: -Didn't notice, if or where, ice machines were -Did not get opportunity to try breakfast included. Nice hotel as a stop off. Would try a bigger room, if staying multiple nights and for longer periods of time in the room itself. Would definitely ask for a room that is not on the first floor. "

"Stayed at this property many times and it’s consistent with comfort and cleanliness. It’s my choice in Sturbridge while traveling for business and the location is so convenient. Cant beat the value either. Owners and staff that run it are also wonderful. I recommend out of all options in area "

"The lobby was bright and cheerful. Outside there were pretty sprung flowers blooming. It was immaculate. Parts of the property were a little old and need of maintenance, however, you could see they were working on it. Our room was clean. The ceiling needs some repair as it looked as if there was a leak at some point. The furniture looks a luttle worn, but nothing a furniture marker can't fix. Everyone was friendly. The breakfast has a lot of options. We couldnt use the pool as it was being drained, but it wasn't a big deal to us. The sports bar that was advertised was closed, so we had to go elsewhere for food/drinks, but it wasn't a big deal.to us as we were going to the casino. I would stay here again "
