“While the rooms were nice for a double bed room, my biggest issue is there, listed as an amenity, is free WiFi. I chose this hotel based on this being a chain I use frequently, distance from where we needed & things to do, & my need for internet as I am a teacher & in Grad school. Instead, every 5-10 minutes (I have videos) I would be actively using the internet & it would stop working, I would go to WiFi settings & I was connected but it said “no internet”. The only way for me to reconnect was……

“Not sure where to begin! It was just great. From the staff, to the accommodations & amenities, to the breakfast in the morning. It is a gem and I highly recommend it for a very unique stay!”

“Our stay here was terrible. The room didn’t look or feel like it had been thoroughly cleaned. The sink was disgusting with stains and black mildew. We chose a non-smoking room, but the room still had an odor. Also, the bedding had cigarette burns in them. It doesn’t appear that they launder their linens separately, which isn’t good for guests who are sensitive to smoke. The walls were paper thin, and we could hear everything going on in the adjacent rooms. We had to call the front desk to ask if……

“Clean basic good overnight stay. Staff good, breakfast a little lacking. Busy and food not available. Had to wait. Room fine maybe slightly dated. ”

“The refrigerator in my room was not working properly. That made what otherwise would have been an excellent stay to just a good stay. Staff was very nice even though they were unable to get the refrigerator situation resolved. ”
