“Staff was extremely friendly. Rooms were clean, but needed some internal repairs. ”

“Our stay here was terrible. The room didn’t look or feel like it had been thoroughly cleaned. The sink was disgusting with stains and black mildew. We chose a non-smoking room, but the room still had an odor. Also, the bedding had cigarette burns in them. It doesn’t appear that they launder their linens separately, which isn’t good for guests who are sensitive to smoke. The walls were paper thin, and we could hear everything going on in the adjacent rooms. We had to call the front desk to ask if……

“I love this place. When I am in town I try always to stay here. Great staff always ready to help, wonderful woman works at the cafe andakes great meals, cleaning staff have greatly improved, Fabulous restaurant just a short walk away also near Italian restaurants, free washer and dryer. And a Dunkin Donut soon coming across the street. Nice fireplace in a large, comfortable lobby. I won't stay anywhere else in the Norwich area.”
