The Urban Oasis. Located in Charleston's Hip, Historic East End
9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, 43 reviews
"Alan's place is clean and comfortable. We were there for the Vandalia festival at the Capitol and we were within walking distance. Downtown is less than 2 miles and we had great meals. We also brought the motorcycle and took a few beautiful rides in the mountains."

Quaint South Hills Charmer
6.0 out of 10, 1 review
"The apartment was nice. But the kitchen needed more supplies. No baking sheets for our pizza. No mittens or towels or wash clothes for the kitchen. The towels were new and still had the plastic pieces that held the tags. The mattress needs replacing. Not a single picture on the walls. Needs to few more cozy."

Cozy loft in private country setting 5 mins from downtown, Pet Friendly

"This was a perfect stay for a quick overnight on a long cross-country move --but I can see why other guests have loved it for longer stays, too. This is a very cozy loft studio space where I was able to savor the evening and night of my stay and didn't quite want to leave in the morning. No complaints! I'd absolutely stay here again."

"My family and I came to Charleston, WV for our first time. We arrived at night and found our house easily although not used to the winding roads or area. We had clear directions for letting ourselves in and settling in right away. The location was quick and accessible to and from Charleston which we traveled to and from each day and sometimes multiple times. We enjoyed deer in our back yard, a friendly dog next door, and being tucked in a hill. Michael was a responsive host at the time of our...

"The property met all of our needs and more. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. There was lots of extra bedding for each guest and plenty of towels. We LOVED the amenities in the kitchen and the extra pantry items available. I have never stayed on a property with so many food and drink options available for the guests. We appreciated it so much.
