“I was unable to check in because the hotel cancelled all reservations for that weekend.I was informed that all refunds were issued and emails were sent out informing of cancellation. I did not receive an email informing me if the cancellation and I am still waiting for a refund. The host is not from the United States and they do not respond to emails. O top of everything else I noticed I was double charged for this booking as well. Very disappointed.”

“Safe and quiet super cute neighborhood with free street parking. Great location, we were able to get easily to all of our destinations. Clean from inside to outside and well represented in posted photos. Unit was modern and relaxing. Great communication with host, prompt and informative incredible customer service! “I stayed for 1 week in this apartment. This was a nice, affordable building in a questionable area of MPLS. Being somewhat city street-smart, I overall felt safe in the building and my apartment. I would not feel safe walking around that neighborhood, especially at night. There was a police car placed in the intersection 1 block down from the building with the lights on the entire time, without a policeman in the car.
