“Old building, paint peeling, toilet was loose and rocking, the shower looked disgusting, did not use it, afraid to use towels as well, look somewhere else, deceived by the name”

“I made my reservations on June 16 for a June 26 arrival. On my arrival, I find that the elevator is not working and has been out for a month. I should have been told this upfront so I would have had the choice of choosing another hotel if no room was available on the first floor. I have mobility issues and stairs are a real issue for me. The clerk was extremely apologetic and after checking with maid service, she said if I could wait a half hour or so, she could get me on the second floor……
