The food could be better.

Despite the relatively low fare compared to Spirit Airlines there was some sort of comfort in seating arrangements, size of seat, friendly staff, and yes light refreshments instead being asked to pay for simple drinking water.

It was baby's first flight and all the staff from check-in to flight attendants were very helpful and nice. Only downside was they didn't have any wings for my baby for his first flight.

Best flight I've had in a long while. Only one better was Alaska Airlines.

First trip with Alaska airlines. Impressed. Early arrivals both ways. Excellent friendly staff

I will definitely fly with Jet Blue again.

My only complaint was i didn’t know where to go for my connecting flight. My “boarding” pass said see monitors. I had a 35 minute layover so not enough time to figure things out

I had alot of trouble with my flight as it was delayed multiple times with no notifications. I ended up missing my flight but was able to rebook on another flight....it was frustrating not knowing why all the delays and not being notified

The second flight was the best. The first one, the landing was amazing. The second one had good service but the Direct TV sucked. It was a bunch of flashing lights that couldn't be used unless you paid. Thank goodness you can turn off at least the ones in front by adjusting the brightness.
