"The worst hotel that I ever stay , no service no quality, no one even help when I need anything in the room and u need to walk to ground floor but the staff service is bad too ,the room without tv, window … even some basic equipment also no if u enjoy no fresh air please feel free to stay"

"The room met expectations good bed, good pillows, restful sleep. The connection to terminal five is extremely convenient. The restaurant has reasonably good food, but the service was completely overwhelmed by an unfortunate swarm of passengers thrown off of a canceled flight."

"Staffs are helpful but the operation procedure is not smooth. I have reserved a double room but given a twin room. Seems they had solved our room type but they haven’t changed in the system as they looked very confused of my reservation. They misunderstood my stay as 1 night but actually is 2 nights. ..."
