"I made a reservation via Hotels.com. I never made it to the location. I called to cancel but the hotel said I needed to cancel via Expedia. I got in touch with Hotels.com and was told they would work on getting me a refund. However, after a couple of days, they contacted me and said they were unable to get in touch with the hotel and they wouldn’t be able to help. I was charged for the hotel and I was never there. Did not check in. Very frustrating."
