“When I arrived to the property, they were unable to find my reservation due to their system entering the reservation incorrectly. Mr. Larry (management) did get the issue resolved. The room that was assigned to me was awful. I immediately noticed that it only had one bed (I paid for 2 queen beds). Bedding was filthy with hair and stains all over, the bathroom toiletries were half used, and washcloths/towels needed to be replaced. Ms. Tammy (housekeeping) came to change the sheets and toiletries……
