It has everything you need plus more, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, baby gate at the bottom of the steps and basic necessities if you didn’t make it to the store on the way. The owners are super fast at responding with any questions. The house is dog friendly and you can’t tell because there isn’t a smell of pets only a can for doggy poo and water bowls. “Great family friendly place to stay. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Access to the beach was amazing, short walk to the end of the street and you are right on the boardwalk. The beach was beautiful and clean. It's away from the major tourist part of the beach which we preferred. Highly recommend staying here. ”

“It was a beautiful RV in a RV resort, just as the pictures described. So many amenities adding to our comfort. The girls loved fishing off the docks and kayaking. Swimming pool and Beach was very close. The sunset was breathtaking observed from a lovely deck. Susan was prompt in her answers and quick to give details of local points of interest. “Wonderful owners with phenomenal communication. They were very patient and super responsive to messages. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Property had everything we needed and more and was steps from the ocean. The beach itself was private and not crowded at all. This was our 2nd time staying and will definitely not be our last.”

“Stay was very enjoyable. Close proximity to the beach, but does require crossing a main road. Home was very clean. Two minor inconveniences but did not impact overall trip. One could’ve been user error. Could not get outlets to work in one of the rooms and the second was a light bulb went out in a bathroom which we swapped with another extra bulb in a different room. ”
