“The biggest positives were that the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Everything else left us wanting. There were no coffee pots in the room, the hallways smelled like extremely strong Clorox that lingered. The guests were loud and they began slamming their doors at 5:00am and staff didn’t say anything. The exterior side door keypads did not work which made parking around the back and sides difficult. “It was unnerving to use a kiosk to sign in. Fortunately, a maintenance person was there to let me into the bathroom after being on the road for 6 hours! There was difficultly processing my credit card. My room had a double bed instead of a queen or king, which made sleeping very uncomfortable for me and my husband. The shower leaked onto the floor. Towels were not changed daily. The other hotel guests on my floor were noisy until the late hours. Breakfast was OK with waffles, cereal, coffee. The……
