“Where do I start? From rusty towel hangers to paint peeling in the hot tub, from stained chairs in the breakfast area to the slowest tv I've ever seen, this was more of a motel experience with the executive price tag.”

“Rooms were clean and good for a traveler on the go. Nice size lobby with a pool table, tv and board games. No swimming pool and needed to have outside trash cans emptied.”

“Cleanliness of the room was really good. That is what we loved the most about styau g in this hotel. The breakfast was good as well, in general better than continental breakfast offered at other hotels. Very satisfied with our stay here.”

“If you’re on a budget then suck it up and use them but be prepared for hardship. It smells like smoke and urine. No overnight room service for towels or etc. Breakfast is sad. Not recommended for families or children young in age. They will do their best to make things work. Pool needs to be cleaned. Otherwise housekeeping staff is fantastic!!!”

“I'll begin by clarifying that every hotel stay in recent years has had safety rails in the bathtub/shower. I have NEVER had to request them. The 1st response after speaking to management was 'You did not request a handicap room'. He suggested that I return in the morning to see if anyone checked out from a handicap room. Our room did not have bathtube handrails and was very unsafe. Therefore my roommate was NEVER able to fully use the shower. I helped her sit on the side of the tub to clean……

“The room photos were outdated but the property was clean and well maintained. The staff, however, were the best attribute to our experience here over a long weekend. Overall they were friendly but when my (5yr old) daughter lost my jewelry in our room, the hotel staff and maintenance turned the room upside down to try and help us to find them!! We couldn't have wished for better service!!! Thank you Candlewood staff and Melinda!”

“No breakfast. Very dirty parking lot. Shower had no shower head! The water was so backed up it was up to my calves. There was one roll of TP…but just sat there and not on the holder. I have a service dog. The manager harassed me for 15-20 minutes because he didn’t see where I indicated tht when I booked on Expedia. I left a night early because I was so upset. The manager does not care, is rude, and they charge you an extra fee as soon as you check in. Not a good deal. But it is across from the……
