“Fairly clean. Water Leaks in the main hall and the restaurant on site had terrible service. Overall nice spacious room that was comfortable and convenient. Good rate and nice location within a 15 drive to Virginia Beach. Overall satisfied with the price, location and room comfort. Needs some upkeep inside and out. Mostly just general cleaning up of walkways and wiping down of corners and walls.”

“My family and I love this hotel however there were a few issues this time around with the TVs constantly pixelating, the in-room phone not being plugged up, housekeeping only changing the trash but not cleaning the room (even when we weren’t there), and rust on the metal shelves in the bathroom. We have seen the condition of this hotel decline over the years but we are still paying the same prices. Hope some improvements are on the horizon. We would hate to be forced to choose another hotel……

“Where do I start? There was only one person working. Online it said there was a pool and it was open from 10 to 8. Never did it say that the pool was closed every single Monday? Of course we checked in on Monday with kids ready to swim and we got rudely denied. Then when we got to our room, the AC was out and they tried to make us wait for maintenance to come and approve us moving to another room. Breakfast ended at 9 AM. My kids went over around 8:50 something and got denied to even grab……

“Nice location. Bathroom was showing its age but everything worked and was clean. The suite was comfortable and clean. The first floor ocean view was mostly of the swimming pool. The one problem we had was the room was not ready at check in time (4:00). We arrived at 4:10 but the room wasn't available until 5:30. Breakfast buffet was okay but overpriced for what they offered.”
