They directed us to go around the corner to a parking lot not connected to the hotel. We called the hotel no answer along with a member called from a room in the hotel and no answer. ”

“I took my dog to the beach and stayed at this hotel. I would highly recommend dog owner to consider Hyatt for a stay by the beach. The staff here is very dog friendly. ”

“This hotel was terrible! False advertisement. None of the kids amenities were open. Pool area was disgusting. I went to pull my sofa bed out and it was crumbs in the bed! Asked to switch rooms and was given an attitude from the front desk. I understand it was a busy weekend but to tell me to cancel my booking is insane. I would never stay here again. ”
