“Nice ocean view, pleasant accomodstions and staff. The only concern was that drive up entrance was close to the road, full and blocked for quite some time with no signage for available parking across the street.”

“The air conditioing did not work the three nights we stayed. After asking the fromt desk three times for maintenance to come to the room, we found out it was a larger issue for multiple guests, but no real solutions. Maintenance never came to the room. No offer to move us to a room with working a/c or a break on the room cost. ”

“I asked the front staff to give an early wake call, it never happened. I could've missed my 6am flight. Poor customer service!”

“I took my dog to the beach and stayed at this hotel. I would highly recommend dog owner to consider Hyatt for a stay by the beach. The staff here is very dog friendly. ”
