“Property was clean , an average place . Front desk service was not hospitable - woman was very rude when I needed a new key . We also saw people in line waiting for new keys because theirs did not work and the woman was rude to them as well. The room refrigerator did not work and we had to throw out all our food. There was a worker in the breakfast area who continuously stared at my 14 yo granddaughter and followed her around, making her very uncomfortable.”

“Well the big picture is that it’s a decent location. My family’s vacation wasn’t ruined or anything. However a few small things were an annoyance. Our balcony door didn’t work properly so it was difficult to utilize. The complementary filtered water was empty every time I looked and it was hot. To add to that there was only one properly functioning ice machines. Also the elevators were very slow. On a positive note the beach access and pools were enjoyable however one day one pool was closed for……
