Really didn't enjoy our stay. The room was dirty especially around the windows and in poor state of repair with multiple chips in the basin. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food in restaurant was really good. Room too warm for us personally even with window open. Bathroom fixtures (bath/shower fittings) could do with being updated/modernised. Overall pleasant stay.

Great small apartment with a view over the River Tyne. Well equipped mini kitchen, excellent shower. Only drawback is lack of a spare blanket for people who feel cold. Heating system works well once you work it out.
