"For the most part the hotel was fine. We had a dog with us and the area to take the dogs wasn’t mowed. Also we had a dog in the room next to us that barked continually. This place houses people also."

"Room was ready when I arrivedand checked in at earliest time. The room was satifactory, clean and with a comfortable bed, lots of pillows. Didn't use the breakfast bar this visit but it has been good in the past. The hotel is located near restaurants and shopping and good access to the interstate. A safe area and good parking. Downsides were the wi-fi was atrocious, kept getting knocked off-line. Other thing was that the traffic noise was very loud (I was on the York Rd side of the hotel and on the 7th floor. I got earplugs from the desk and that helped."

"Every single thing they offer was broken or out of order. No indoor pool. No laundry. No fitness center. The hot breakfast that they advertise online and literally on the sign out front of the hotel is simply a waffle maker. Everything else was cold breakfast. Knockoff cheerios and frosted flakes. Yogurt and a bowl full of apples that is it. Every ice machine in the hotel was broken except for the one in the main lobby and because the freezer ice tray was stained yellow I had to walk across the entire hotel just to get ice when I wanted a drink which happened about 5 or 6 times a night for a medium cup. Dirty adult sized handprints on the walls. Broken fridge in the first room. Bloodstain on the pillows. Big yellow stains on the sheets. Hot wings all over the elevator at one point which they just tossed the mat aside and left the hot sauce stains in the elevator. Shampoo and conditioner left from the previous stay half used. I was using this hotel to spend time with my 7 year old son for the weekend due to my living situation right now and I could not be more disappointed that the little bit of time we were able to spend together was in a dirty hotel with literally nothing they offered on the app or on the sign out front. On top of everything they would not issue any type of refund or discount or a free night and Expedia only issued me a $50 credit which isn't even enough to pay for a full night. Do not bring your kids here. Stay away! This place is not worth the $70 a night"
