The breakfast was great, the room was clean and so were the linens. The courtyard area is gorgeous and the breakfast area is huge! Plenty of room to sit around. About a 30 min drive to chicago. Tried swimming in the pool but it was a bit chilly! Nothing to worry about though. I would stay here again!

Stayed in a jacuzzi suite (rest of the hotel was sold out). Decided to use it but the jets barely worked. Tv remote didn’t work and WiFi was hard to get on. The place was clean and staff was friendly. Safe neighborhood.

The room was clean but it had a smell to it. Not horrible but a something. The bathroom looked like it was ready to be remodeled. The exterior door to go in on the side of the building had a faulty lock so anyone could just come in. The breakfast was delicious but I did see some ants along the wall. It did look like there was some planned remodeling going on and over all it wasn't a bad stay.

If you can overcome the smell of urine near the hallway where the pool is, the hotel is actually pretty decent. If you are looking for extra security with locked entrance doors on the side entry from the parking lot, don’t have too high of expectations. The breakfast was surprisingly good with options of scrambled eggs, sausage links, muffins, and the other usual hotel options. The room itself was good for one night, and fit our needs. The shower pressure wasn’t the greatest yet got the job done. Overall the location had plenty of restaurant options and close to the highway. If you are looking for a place to rest your head for a night, it is decent.

The room was horribly dirty, with roaches, black mold growing across multiple spots, and mouse droppings in every corner. I gave the staff three stars, as though it was difficult to get in touch with management, they were always friendly and willing to help. I do not recommend staying at this hotel. Look at other reviews.

Not family friendly. Pallets of stuff everywhere. Drain flies. No smoking signs all over smelled like a dispensary. People loudly having whoopie and we had two kids under 3. No playpen or crib. Bed very squeaky

The hotel was great great breakfast selection and the staff was very pleasant nice clean hotel the only con is that the hotel doesn't have an elevator to get to the second floor and that is an issue for some people but I would recommend other than that
