"The staff was so very accommodating, making us feel very special. The rooms were spotless and the bedding lovely. The shower was amazing! Delicious food in the restaurant both for breakfast and dinner. The location was convenient and yet quiet away from tourist areas. We would highly recommend this hotel again and again . "Lovely spot at a great price. Bella in the morning might wake some but minimal noise otherwise despite being central. Room was quite hot and AC didn’t work well or wasn’t turned on yet (March) but opening the window made it manageable. Breakfast isn’t worth the cost but is fine. Excellent staff and 24/7 front desk, which was amazing and rare in Italy. "

"We checked into the hotel on Friday for a 3 night stay. The first room was'nt quite as expected compared to the photos, therefore we mentioned it to reception since it was for a 40th birthday weekend and a lovely receptionist called Ramona showed us to another room which was amazing, she was very understanding and friendly with this request. The breakfast was OK. However everything else was superb. The hotel is in an excellent spot right next to the canal, but not overally busy. Also the bar was great and the bartenders were good fun and very friendly. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel and I thought the staff were exceptional "

"I had the most fabulous stay at Hotel Rialto. I had a magnificent view of the Grand Canal and Rialto Bridge. In addition, the staff were really helpful and kind and the breakfast was terrific. It was great to be so close to the Rialto Markets and a waterbus stop. It meant I could come and go easily during each day of my visit. "

"Enjoyed my stay and never even had a doubts on choosing this place. Well arranged, and hotel had own Shuttle as well. Although, I did not like the range of vegetables. There were no cucumbers, tomatoes, was only something for creaser salad, but was not what I was looking for. And didn't like rooftop bar, well presented cocktails menu, but cocktails were not as good as presented. However, lady swapped my cocktail with another one. Price and quality was not worth it. "
