“Me encantó el hotel. Precioso. Calido. Impecable. Excelentes camas y excelente baño. Precioso diseño de estilo. Muy buen desayuno. Super recomendable!”
“Schwimmbad renovierungsbedürftig. Der Zimmerservice vergisst ab und zu, die Handtücher zu wechseln oder neues Wasser einzustellen. Die Lage und der Ausblick sind wunderschön. Das Restaurant ist gut und günstig. Das Personal und Service sehr nett und hilfsbereit.”
“This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at and I have stayed in many 5 star hotels. From the staff, to the grounds, to the ameneties, this place is impeccable. We felt completely taken care of by the staff. The entire process was absolutely wonderful”
“We stay at one of the villas, it was wonderful, so well equipped and cute, it was warm, the place is amazing, but the nature around it is breathtaking and calm, another very important part of our time there was how wonderful kind and friendly were all the staff at the hotel and restaurant, the food was wonderful and tasty, We loved the atmosphere and the hospitality. Very recommended for everyone”
“Our room on the top floor was very large and had a distant view of the water. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was delicious and filling. The only possible down side is the rough road to reach Cumbres de Chiloé. Be sure your car has ample under carriage clearance.”
