“I stayed at your hotel from 10/11/26 to10/18/26 my room got service two times that is it. I was out of body wash in the tub and Told the front desk twice never was refilled. I asked for my trash cans to be emptied twice it finally was. When they empty the trash they took the dirty towels out of the bathroom and left them on the floor in front of my fridge. The next day which was Saturday they finally cleaned to room properly. I am planning on going back up to Bonifay in November for another week……

“The beds and pillows were comfortable. We got what we needed for the night, but would not come back. We got to the facility at about 10 pm, and there was no one there, but a person appeared virtually to check us in at an interesting kiosk - pretty impressive. The building is old. So there are not a lot of electrical outlets for charging devices. The dresser in the room looked like it came from a flea market. Neither of those things are bad, just setting expectations. What really set the tone……

“It is not a pleasant stay, bath room door is broken, edge of the celling is mold, Cigarettes burning hole on Comforter. I will not recommend to other people. ”
