“I wanted to know if they could give me a room with a shower tray. No reply. I needed to cancel due to illness and then neither I could get hold of them. As a result I had to pay for a hotel I could not use. Expedia were unable to sort out this issue. Such poor communication means I will not use this hotel ever. I also am disappointed Expedia could not get the hotel to agree to basic customer service like being responsive to customer enquiries”
