“The staff there was really lovely The room we stayed in was not really kept well and the upkeep was a bit poor and it was not the cleanest. The breakfast was nice it was a breakfast buffet next door. The gym was small but decent for a workout The pool sauna and jacuzzi was amazing, steam room wasn’t working when I went though or was not set up ”

“A pet friendly hotel with friendly staffunder recent new ownership. Staff friendly and approachable. Room 8 clean but a problem with the bathroom light switch which staff knew about. I will revisit if in the area again. ”

“The room was clean and very compact, it lacked appeal but had most of the amenities you would want at this price. There is no interaction with staff at all as self check in, the heating wasn’t on although the radiator in the hall was hot, one curtain hardly covered the window, my room,2, was at the front of the property so people leaving the pub were talking loudly at 11.30/12pm and then again at 1am which woke me up, the shower was good, the wash basin so tiny you couldn’t get the tiny kettle……

“The bed I had was harder than I’m used to so that was a bit of a let down. As for breakfast it was help yourself. Fine for things like cereals, yoghurt, fruit juice and toast, but not for cooked food. That should be cooked to order not put out and kept warm for an hour or two. The eggs were really tough.”

“Thank you June and Mark for a lovely stay at Little Beeches. We felt welcomed from the start. The home is tasteful and homely. While some holiday rentals can feel sparse and functional, in contrast it is obvious that a lot of thought and care has been put into making the cottage feel like a home. The kitchen is well stocked with decent cookware and crockery making cooking easy and pleasant. Having use of a washer and dryer was a huge help. The entire property was spotless.
