“Clean but bed hard and pillows lumpy”

“Adequate. The ac unit was not plugged in and the door to the room was propped open when I went to it. Nothing was out of place Plugged in the unit and it was hot but not intolerable over night. Heavy chemical smell ”

“The ac didn’t keep room cold it kept shutting off come on for a bit and then turned off ”

“Internet ok. Not much nearby. Room was clean. A few minor amenities would be nice: tissues, etc. TV provider was having contract issues ”

“Surprised to find all electrical were not plugged in: lamps, microwave, refrigerator. Some outlets were not working either. Floor boards sagged at various locations, the worst spot is at the toilet. We stayed only because we were just passing through.”

“Plenty of parking , great room. One negative- needs better lighting, especially around the coffee bar. And mirror in the bedroom. Unable to make coffee without using the flashlight on my phone. ”

“My only struggle was that there were 2 floors of kids that were there for homeschool basketball and they do this annually. Maybe let people know this information before they book. They were loud, slamming doors, doing cheers in the hallway at 11pm and later. I'm an extremelyught sleeper and even with our fan for static noise, they were loud. It would have been nice to have the option of not staying there on the same floors as them. ”

“Everything was great. Looks like the hot tub is gone now and the pool looks like it may not be operational by summer but other than that everything was great. PJ was very helpful at the front desk and friendly throughout our stay. ”

“This is our new go-to anytime we are staying or travelling through Springfield. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Easy to find with ample parking. Great breakfast before heading out on a long drive.”

“Wonderful stay. Great area. My only complaint would be breakfast. Not many options. Our stay was 2 days and same meal was served. ”

“The hotel room was clean and bed was comfy. It did have window a/c and heat. I didn't notice noise. The hot tub wasn't hot - just barely warm. Staff was nice. Breakfast was as expected. For price it was very good.”

“One of the cleanest days inn i have stayed in. Staff was very friendly as well. The housekeeper that cleaned out room was very helpful. ”
