“The first night I was arranged to stay behind the elevator, which made me feel uncomfortable and vibrated. Because it was a standard double room with two beds, it was better for me to sleep in the other bed. Since I had placed two reservations, the girl at the front desk said that I had to move to the room downstairs for the second night. I said it was inconvenient, and she said there was no other way because the room was fully booked. The next day I asked another woman if I could not move to……

“The room was disgusting. Entire room smelled of urine, carpet was ripped/worn and stained - especially near the door. Asked the desk to correct and they gave me a bottle of air freshener as no other rooms were available. Window lock was barely useable (we held it in place with a shoe overnight), thermal panes were broken so glass was fogged, also no screens in window. Bathroom was old, well worn and stained. Multiple layers of caulk have been used over the years to make repairs.”

“WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE! DO NOT BOOK HERE! Ironically, the most expensive hotel on our entire trip turned out to be the worst.     1    Terrible soundproofing. You can hear everything—TVs, air conditioners, and conversations from neighboring rooms.     2    Unreasonable management. We heard a baby crying next door and requested a room change before even using the room. The front desk staff was very helpful and confirmed rooms were available, but the manager refused simply because we booked……
