“Property was well maintained and staff was very nice.”

“I love staying there everything was clean I really enjoyed the morning breakfast staffers was friendly and nice the only complain I encountered was I had two tv in room but only one remote”

“The property was well maintained with friendly staff. The hotel was conveniently located and our room was clean. We especially enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool, the fresh popcorn in the lobby, and the evening happy hour complimentary food and drinks. We were there for one Saturday night, were greeted promptly by the friendly front desk staff, and informed of the evening free happy hour food and drink offerings. We were given free alcohol drink coupons for the two adults. Fountain soft drinks……

“First room a/c didn’t work and staff was friendly and quickly able to get me another room that a/c worked great. In both rooms though tv was hard to operate. Very slow responding to input and not al channels in guide not available. In bathroom of second room, toilet bowl badly stained, shower head a lot of calcium buildup and sink handle plumbed backwards. Cold when should be hot and hot when should be cold. Bed and bed were clean and comfortable .”

“Room was bed to sleep in, shower and TV. No wifi that worked, poolwas frog pond, energy saving attempts annoying. Senor sink wouldn't stay on unless u held finger over sensor. Shower twice as long due to water saver head. No lamps. In pics online, lamps on walls and over mirror by sink. No more, one light recessed for bed area, one for sink area. Both bright and inconvenient. Oh then lost hot water last morning before leaving..asked Expedia to flag it as its NOTTTT anything like pictures or……

“Dirty Rooms, sheets, walls, sofas . Roaches in rooms and Bath towels , really bad experience.”

“Booked a non smoking room and was given a smoking room (109) , air conditioning in the room did not work and it was close to 80°F and humid all night long. Room was not clean and there were bugs and cigarette butts, as well as ash all over the room. There were even cobwebs in the corners of the room Also there was little to no water pressure at the bathroom sink.”

“Holes in the walls, vandals hanging around outside and it’s 11pm outside the front entrance and the staff allowed it. Loud parties in the main entrance on the 19th with people yelling when I just drove 8 hours and I was exhausted.”
